GreenshieldSummer Opt-ins and Opt-outs
If you are a student starting your studies in the Intersession, you have an opportunity to opt-in to the Greenshield Extended Health and Dental plan. Opt-ins are accepted until May 30th, 2025. Students interested in doing so can go to the CNC Office of the Registrar to have the charge added to your account.
Students starting in the Intersession can also opt-out of the plan if they have equal or greater coverage elsewhere. The deadline to opt-out is 4pm, May 16th, 2025.

As a student at the College of New Caledonia, you are also a member of the College of New Caledonia Students’ Union (Local 4 of the British Columbia Federation of Students).
Your students’ union, first established by students in 1978, is fully incorporated as a non-profit society under the Society Act of British Columbia and is recognized by the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education & Future Skills as the students’ union of CNC.
