Steel vs. Fiberglass Entry Doors

For those with recent installations: Did you go with steel or fiberglass? How has it held up to cold, draft, and maintenance? Would you pick the same again?

I recently upgraded with windows and doors ottawa and chose a fiberglass entry door over steel. It has held up impressively: no drafts, better insulation during cold snaps, and minimal maintenance compared to painted steel. The finish is still pristine, and I’ve had zero issues with rust or corrosion. Given the performance, I’d absolutely pick fiberglass again — the added upfront cost feels justified for the long-term durability and winter protection.
